2. Is there an area of life that this study has caused you “to change” or to “refocus” in some practical way?
3. As you have heard Matthew 7:24-27 have you been more likely to apply it to your own life or possibly think of someone else?
A. What are some things you can do to more effectively put into practice the teachings of Jesus?
B. What are some ways Jesus helps us to prioritize the important things in Life? (Ex. specific commands)

1.How would you say that this story of the “neighbor” shows the significance of
theology and the practice of what we believe in our day to day lives?

2. Why do you feel the “expert” in the law would seek to justify himself with regard to who was his neighbor?
A. When are some situations when we might tend to do the same?
B. What would you say are your (our) motives for such justification?
3. What are some ways that you might show love for yourself? How is what the “Samaritan” did for the man, reflection of the things we would want from a neighbor?
4. What are some ways that Jesus ministry style might give us some ideas about an “as you go model” for loving our neighbor?
